I'm a cognitive neuroscientist working at the intersection of psychology, human performance, communication, and AI. My background spans applied psychology research, corporate training, coaching, facilitation, keynote speaking, and AI product development.

What drives me is a deep interest in human behaviour and practical science—understanding how the mind works and translating that understanding into tools and experiences that actually help people grow, perform better, and make stronger decisions.
